Kerri Grosslight
As the leader of VAS Consulting, Kerri has extensive experience in managing and providing oversight for numerous consulting engagements involving Financial Services, Health Care, Clothing Retail and Energy Companies. Kerri has provided Leadership and Guidance for VAS engagements focused primarily on Organizational Development and Optimization.
Kerri’s background includes leading a wide variety of teams responsible for delivery of IT organizational components for both a Regional and a Large National Bank. Areas Kerri has successfully managed include: Technology Data and Operations, Enterprise Global Services, Enterprise Architecture, Application Systems Production and Development, IT Innovation Life Cycle, Governance, Risk Management and Regulatory Guidance, Practices and Processes. Kerri holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA.
Kerri’s passions include equestrian show jumping, reading, hiking, and alpine skiing

Savannah Fellers
Savannah specializes in brand design, entrepreneurship, product development and social media strategy. As a successful entrepreneur Savannah previously founded and built an equestrian clothing business, Reigns by Savannah Fellers. In this capacity she orchestrated the technical design of all products, planned and directed styled photoshoots and designed all graphics for the firm’s website as well as its social media presence. As manager of Reigns, Savannah also established and nourished new B2B and B2C relationships as well as managing the manufacturing and supplier relationships for the company. Savannah holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Linfield College.
Savannah’s interests include painting, hiking, teaching yoga, and caring for her dog and cat.

Glen Grosslight
Glen has functioned as a consultant to a wide variety of enterprise including; Columbia Sportswear, Kaiser Health Care, IBM, Storage Technology and a number of financial institutions including US Bank, and Wells Fargo. A vast number of these work efforts have centered around process optimization and delivering innovation solutions.
In addition to the consulting work Glen has provided Program Management oversight to a variety of initiatives as well as directly managing a number of large corporate wide projects for large financial institutions. Glen has Led Application Teams responsible for Production and Development, Project Delivery Services Teams responsible coordinating enterprise application enhancement, corporate-wide installation releases, Project Management Office (PM), Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE), as well as leading a corporate-wide technology transformation office and an Innovation Enablement Team for a major financial service company. Glen holds a PhD from the University of Colorado.
Writing, photography, and cartooning are interests of Glen as well as downhill skiing
Henry Neidermeier, Principal Consultant
As a Business Transformation Specialist, Henry brings a wealth of experience centered around innovative process optimization for numerous organizational functions. Henry’s experience also includes Risk Management, assessing organizations abilities to balance growth, risk, and return strategies. In this space, Henry has managed Billion-dollar global outsourced operations.
Henry’s background includes leading a broad range of functions for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan including the consolidations of disparate application and IT infrastructure, building web delivery systems and developing efficient processes.
Prior to his time with Kaiser, Henry functioned as the CIO of the Long Beach Community College District, and managed training/technical implementation teams for First Interstate Bancorp. Henry also served as a Principal Consultant for both the Kiely Group and SCC Sequoia consulting organizations focused primarily on organizational development services and information technology. Henry holds a PhD from the University of Colorado.
Henry is an avid wood craftsman, geology enthusiast and gardener. He enjoys wine, baseball, art, travel and the outdoors.
Mike Duke, Senior Consultant
As an Innovation Enablement “Change Agent" Mike utilizes a unique set of skills to not only provide cultivation of innovative opportunities but also to facilitate innovation skill set development for client teams. In this regard, Mike has created numerous tools and aids to enable clients to generate “purpose driven” innovation solutions
Mike’s background includes functioning as the Chief Innovation Architect for Wells Fargo Bank. In this capacity Mike led the banks architectural and innovation strategies and developed key programs that earned over 300mm in net revenues. Prior to working at Wells Mike functioned as a Technology Leader for both Fidelity Investments and Lotus Development Corporation primarily focused on developing and implementing new technology assets.
Mike has published two books on innovation and authored numerous industry articles. Mike holds seven patents focused primarily on new products and enhancing existing products/services. Mike received an MBA from Wingate University.
In his free time Mike tends to his farm animals, tree carving and building innovative prototypes
Heather Zilles, Senior Consultant
Heather’s background includes over 20 years of Program/Project Management focused primarily on technology, operations, and risk management within the Financial Services sector. Heather successfully managed numerous technical programs as well as a divisional Project Management Office (PMO).
Heather has led several initiatives to integrate bank acquisitions and mergers. In this capacity Heather directly analyzed operational data and procedures, defined user requirements and technical specifications, participated in testing and diagnosed system and operational issues and implemented work flow optimizations to achieve improved productivity. Heather holds an MBA from University of Phoenix.
Heather enjoys hiking, running, and volunteering for several community programs.
Matthew Condon, Chief Operations Manager
Matt’s background includes consulting for home building, land development and private equity clients. In this capacity, Matt has conducted strategic planning, market research, and process flow analysis as well as developing new, and optimized existing, ‘process models’ in this space. Additionally, Matt has managed analyst teams in creating financial and economic data collection capabilities, and streamlined reporting including timely market information and emerging trends.
As the Chief Operations Manager Matt’s responsibilities include overall operations and technology management, research and analysis, and creating ‘existing state’ and ‘target state’ process flows for client optimization engagements. Matt holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of San Diego
Matt enjoys wine tasting, researching and leveraging new age commerce applications as well as playing golf.
Deborah Sante, Senior Consultant
Deborah has 40 years of broad financial services experience ranging from marketing, product and project management, operations, process re-engineering, information security, risk management, human resources and technology. While most of her experience is domestic, she also served two years as Program Director establishing a US retail bank in India. Most recently, Deborah spent 14 years with Wells Fargo in a variety of leadership roles including Information Security, Application Development, Program Management, Strategic Planning and IT Infrastructure.
Prior to joining VAS, Deb also worked for several prominent intuitions serving in a variety of operational and leadership roles including Fannie Mae, Lehman Brothers/America Express, Bank of America, and 13 years as a financial services consultant. Deb has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California.
